I work in the field of Ecological Genomics, which examines how wild organisms and populations adapt to different environments. In order to track genetic changes through time, I analyze specimens from the past, either from historical or ancient origin, and apply custom methods to decipher their genomes. We have notably developped hyRAD and hyRAD-X, which are opening new avenues in Museum Genomics.
